The claws are filed by hand until they read as four lines of light rather than four pieces of metal. It is the slowest part of the ring to make and the part almost nobody consciously notices.
The band tapers from 2.1mm at the shoulder to 1.7mm under the finger, so the stone sits high without the ring feeling top-heavy.
Sizing
If you are between sizes, take the larger one. We resize once at no cost within the first year, which covers most people who guessed wrong.
